Cookbook Influx

It seems like some of my favorite food bloggers are releasing cookbooks, like, this week.  OK, maybe not all this week, but a good portion of them!  If you're looking to get me something because I'm awesome (or have an equally awesome food-lover in your life in need of presents), check out the links below!
Easy Gourmet by Stephanie Le-  I Am a Food Blog is one of my latest obsessions.  Stephanie Le posts some recipes I'm too intimidated to attempt, but I love her voice and want to try all the things anyways because she's awesome.  Also I happened to win a $50 Whole Foods giveaway, so I'm totally partial.  The food blogging community is really supportive of one another, and other food bloggers I follow are posting recipes you can make from this cookbook.  Come on- fish tacos? Carrot cake pancakes? Honey mustard fried chicken sliders?  I need you in my life on the reg.
Homemade Decadence by Joy Wilson-  Umm, you know I'm pretty into Joy the Baker already.  It seems like every recipe I post is inspired by one of hers, or is one of hers.  I have her first cookbook and love it, and I can't wait to see the new one when it's released in October!
Top with Cinnamon by Izy Hossack-  Izy's 18.  She's from the UK.  She's still a student, but I totally identify with her.  Her recipes are gorge, and since she learned to bake from her American mom, the measurements are in cups and the like.  She posts things that are a little on the health-food side (GF and vegan selections), but I get totally into the original (to me) recipes like bumpy cherry and almond pie, and peanut butter layer cake with caramel popcorn.
Seriously Delish by Jessica Merchant-  Several of the food bloggers I follow are also posting pictures of the amazing recipes you can make from this one.  Chewy granola bars, pistachio cream cake with chocolate ganache, and chocolate and peanut butter lovers brownies have been dangled in front of my face, and I think I need this cookbook for the rest of the recipes.  I don't follow Jessica's blog, but I think I need to start!
The Smitten Kitchen Cookbook by Deb Perelman-  PS, I still don't have the Smitten Kitchen cookbook.  It seems like a crime based on how much I love Deb's recipes.  My sister does too!  We routinely share Smitten Kitchen success recipes via text messages.  I probably need to remedy this one soon.

Update 9/12/14- For once I beat her to it, but here's a more extensive list of new cookbooks this fall from Joy the Baker!
